We are looking for a Project Manager to lead and manage our core programs and help scale our impact in the Moroccan ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Management- Plan, execute, and oversee reskilling and upskilling programs designed to enhance the digital skills and employability of participants.
- Manage and deliver IT training programs, ensuring alignment with market trends and industry needs.
- Oversee startup incubation and acceleration programs, supporting entrepreneurs in scaling their solutions.
Ecosystem Engagement- Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners, including corporations, government agencies, and NGOs, to support program goals.
- Foster connections with hiring partners and expose job opportunities for IT talents and alumni from our programs.
Startup Scaling- Support startups in navigating the Moroccan market by providing strategic advice, market insights, and connections to potential investors and partners.
- Collaborate with mentors and subject-matter experts to deliver tailored support to startups.
Operational Excellence- Monitor program performance, track key metrics, and report on outcomes to stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate and improve program content and delivery based on participant and partner feedback.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bac +5 in Project Management, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within the Moroccan digital ecosystem or in project management roles focused on IT, startups, or education.
- Language Skills: Mastery of French and English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or equivalent).
- Familiarity with IT training, digital transformation, and startup ecosystems.
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Trello, or Asana.
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for managing partners and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking with a problem-solving mindset.
