The Role
- Identify and acquire new partners for business growth.
- Support and nurture relationships with existing partners, ensuring long-term collaboration and trust.
- Conduct regular monitoring and analysis of performance statistics to drive results.
- Communicate effectively with partners, addressing their needs and building strong, trusting relationships.
- Account for and assess the effectiveness of current partnerships.
- Resolve any conflict situations promptly and professionally.
- Set clear goals for partners, working together to scale traffic and performance.
- Maintain accurate reports and documentation on all activities and achievements.
Ideal Profile
- Proven experience in iGaming, ideally as an Affiliate Manager or Support Manager.
- Strong initiative and excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in Kazakh.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in affiliate management within the gambling or betting sector.
- A strong network of verified partners providing high-quality traffic is a plus.
- Exceptional negotiation skills, both online and offline.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and achieve set objectives.
