Purpose of the job
We are recruiting a Procurement Coordinator (M/F) based in Casablanca (Morocco).
The Procurement Coordinator is responsible for monitoring purchase requests, managing supplier quotations, completing purchase orders, and supporting tender operations. Additional duties include supplier management, payment follow-up, and providing administrative support to the procurement team.
Keys Responsibilities
- Monitor daily purchase requests from subsidiaries.
- Request quotations for recurrent orders.
- Complete purchase orders on NetPro and SAP.
- Prequalify and evaluate suppliers, ensuring follow-up.
- Follow up with the financial department for payment status.
- Report regularly on purchase requests and orders.
- Collect and consolidate local and import supplier databases for all subsidiaries.
- Prospect for new suppliers.
- Support operational tasks for tenders (sending tenders, reminders, sorting tenders, etc...).
- Provide administrative and coordination support at any level to the Procurement team.
Qualifications & Skills
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration.
- 2-3 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a business administration department.
- Computer skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Fluency in French and a good level of English language skills.
