Stellantis’ Software Organization (SWX) was created to build the most captivating experiences in the latest frontier of Automotive Technology.


Mission:


The Global Analytics & Data Products (GADP) team at Stellantis is building a best-in-class analytics program to support the Software Group’s ambitious goals. As the Manager of Business Analytics, your mission is to drive data-informed decision-making across the organization by developing actionable insights, optimizing business performance, and enhancing our understanding of customer behaviors. You will work closely with leadership, business teams, and data professionals to ensure data is at the center of every strategic decision.

You will lead a team of analysts tasked with delivering critical business insights, creating commercial performance analyses and insights that drive the success of our software products and subscription services.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead a team of analysts to deliver a single source of truth for business performance and subscription analytics.
  • Partner with business and product leaders to establish a culture of accountability for business performance metrics, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of KPIs such as churn, acquisition, retention, and revenue, and support diagnostic analytics to improve results.
  • Partner with analytics engineering team on the creation of business-curated data models and analytics frameworks in alignment with the Data Governance team.
  • Partner with data science and business to develop predictive and prescriptive solutions to address business needs.
  • Champion analytics initiatives by providing data-driven recommendations that graduate into measurable business actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency improvements, and revenue growth through analytics.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and innovation

Required Skills:


  • 7+ years of experience in a business analytics or data-driven role, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or Engineering. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Expertise in SQL, Python, or other data manipulation tools for analysis, along with proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating and maintaining ETL workflows and job orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Jenkins).
  • Proven ability to derive insights from data and communicate results effectively to drive business impact.
  • Familiarity with notebook-based workflows (e.g., Jupyter, Databricks).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on mentorship.
  • A passion for automotive software business and a strong understanding of the industry’s challenges and opportunities.
