Salary: up to US$ 4500 net per month plus package.


Location : Agadir - Morocco


We are pleased to work with an International Group operating a fantastic Asian Trendy and Festive restaurant looking to appoint an Executive Chef.


We are looking for adynamicchef that can bringcreative flairand that will be acoachfor his / her brigade.


You must have astable experiencewithin one of thetop Asian Restaurant Kitchenrenowned worldwide ; with strong knowledge of modern and classic techniques and who is not afraid to work hard.


This is anexecutive roleand you will be responsible forthe day-to-day running of the kitchen. You must have a solid understanding of the work practices and rules of the kitchen; including finance and back office functions. As a chef, you will oversee all inventory, rotas, orders and staff management, etc.


We are looking for a specialist Executive Chef with a passion for Asian cuisine, capable of enriching the experience of the guests through unparalleled gastronomic creativity.


Profile :



  • Must have a Culinary education
  • At least 3 years in the position of Head Chef or Executive Chef
  • Experience in a high-volume, quality, trendy and festive restaurant needed
  • Must be rigorous, methodical and know how to be quick and efficient.
  • Must understand working with process and brand standards
  • Have excellent adaptability, a sense of detail and are creative.
  • Have a good sense of observation and organization.
  • Excellent knowledge of techniques and raw produces
  • Understanding of kitchen administrative management skills (team, order management, etc.)
  • Must have all the certifications to operate in the kitchen (HACCP standards, etc.)
