Responsibilities:




  • Develop and execute a business development strategy aligned with the global vision.

  • Lead all business activities to meet short- and long-term goals, focusing on sales, marketing, and major projects.

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and key Elevator & Escalator industry leaders to promote our services.

  • Manage complex sales opportunities, partnerships, and projects.

  • Oversee the development and performance of the regional/branch team to meet established sales and business goals.

  • Ensure employee safety, tool implementation, and compliance with company policies.

  • Plan and report regional/branch performance, including budgeting and financial reporting.

  • Act as the primary representative, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Are you the one:




  • Prior experience of min 8 years of business management in sales and/or operational management with budget responsibility

  • Prior experience of min 6 years in a management/leadership position

  • At the minimum bachelor’s degree in economics, Business or another relevant field completed.

  • Proven experience in strategic planning, business development, and operational leadership.

  • Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience.

  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.

  • Fluency in English

  • Must have proven contacts and relationships with the developers
