Job Description:

We're looking for a new person to join our team in Casablanca!

What You’ll Do:

Find and connect with amazing candidates across EMEA for a variety of roles.
Screen applicants and share your insights to help hiring managers make the best decisions.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and the HR team.
Stay on top of local market trends to guide hiring strategies.
Be part of a supportive, creative, and driven team that works together to meet goals.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous end-to-end recruiting experience across EMEA countries.
Strong English (C1 level) and German (B2) communication skills—spoken and written
Strong communication skills - you can connect with and influence hiring managers, candidates, and HR colleagues.
You are a team player who enjoys working collaboratively, learning from others, and sharing knowledge.
You are not afraid to think outside the box to improve recruitment effectiveness.
