Position Summary



You’re responsible of proposing high-quality products and services through adequate information, appropriate marketing, and distribution within the pharmacies of your assigned region, while adhering to the WHO Code, Nestlé policies, and guidelines

A day in the life of...



Position Nestlé as the trusted provider of nutritional solutions to pharmacy staff. Ensure a continuous and regular supply and availability of Nestlé infant products by maintaining minimum stock levels and preventing stockouts in pharmacies. Guarantee safe storage that upholds the best hygiene standards and prevents compromise of product quality. Maintain proper organization that allows for quick verification of product availability and effective management of inventory and product exits according to shelf life (FIFO). Provide schematic understanding of each product's indications, including basic information on their compositions and usage instructions to ensure correct and safe preparation. Establish long-term partnerships with pharmacies by fostering good relationships with staff, maintaining quality service, and effectively managing and following up on complaints. Educate and train pharmacy staff regarding the WHO Code, particularly on what they can and cannot do, while monitoring and rectifying any violations. Ensure optimal coverage and management of the assigned territory, as well as continuous development of the client portfolio through prospecting, recruitment, and collecting and sharing information about market dynamics. Monitor and report on competitor activities, especially those related to violations of the WHO Code. Propose and implement approved action plans aligned with Nestlé's objectives, strategies, and allocated budget.

What will make you successful



Master's degree in a scientific field, preferably. First experience in a similar position. Strong communication skills Dynamic, enthusiastic, and autonomous, with an excellent organizational abilities.
