As the Maintenance Leader at Elum Energy, you will be responsible for leading the newly established maintenance team, ensuring that all after-commissioning requests are handled promptly and efficiently. Your primary focus will be on overseeing both corrective maintenance and troubleshooting activities for regular clients as well as those under SLA agreements. You will manage the team’s delivery of both standard and paid services, striving to provide high-quality service while ensuring client satisfaction. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing and refining maintenance processes to support operational excellence and meet the evolving needs of our clients. This position is critical in building a strong team capable of handling post-commissioning requirements and delivering consistent, top-tier support.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer satisfaction Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction with maintenance services.Provide regular updates to clients on the status of ongoing maintenance requests.Gather client feedback and work with internal teams to address any issues or concerns.quality of work.Qualitative Service DeliveryOversee and manage all after-commissioning requests, ensuring they are addressed within set timelines.Ensure the delivery of services for both regular clients and those under paid SLA contractsData driven (reporting and metrics)Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response times, restoration times, resolution times, and client satisfaction.Ensure that all data and reports related to maintenance activities are accurately documented.Provide regular reports to upper management on team performance, challenges, and areas for improvement.Team Leadership Hire, lead and manage the maintenance team, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative environment.Develop and implement training programs for new team members to ensure technical proficiency.Monitor team performance and provide feedback to improve productivity and Process ImprovementDevelop and optimize maintenance processes to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.Identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies to enhance team performance and client satisfaction.Implement and oversee a continuous improvement plan for the team to evolve with new challenges and technologies.
