Responsibilities:




  • Develop the sales, catering, and events strategy of all the hotel's points of sale in close collaboration with the operational department managers.

  • Foster business with proactive and reactive sales efforts.

  • Ensure the deployment of tactics to support the ambitious positioning of our property.

  • Establish and monitor effective training programs for employees, in coordination with the training director.

  • Support the strengthening of Hyatt's values.

  • Meet and exceed all monthly revenue and sales call goals.

  • Be the face of the hotel at all industry events with property representation of professionalism and character.

  • Essential interpersonal, administrative, and financial skills.

  • In-depth knowledge of the sales functions of the luxury segment (AMEX FHR, Signature, Serandipians) to accompany both an international and domestic strategy.
