Key Responsibilities:



  • Perform tooling and equipment validation activities during project start-ups, engineering changes and pre-production phases.

  • Monitor the calibration of measurement test equipment.

  • Develop work instructions for the use of measurement and test equipment.

  • Develop and provide quality controllers in the list of poka yokes for daily verification.

  • Perform MSA (Gage R&R) studies for measurement and test equipment and control means.

  • Develop and provide quality controllers, technicians in the list of poka yokes for verification according to the schedule.

  • Ensure the Quality monitoring of After-sales products.

  • Participate in warranty meetings planned and led by the customer/Central.

  • Collect the information necessary for the technical analysis of the parts.

  • Monitor the analysis results and response times.

  • Transmit the analysis results to the customer,

  • Ensure the correct implementation of all lessons learned.

  • Receive and manage customer warranty complaints.

  • Comply with hygiene and safety rules according to the seven key elements.

  • Support PFMEA & Monitoring Plan meetings

  • Follow up teardown reports.

  • Support production and engineering teams in root cause analysis and action plan development.

  • Participate in FMEAs.

Key skills and Qualifications:



  • Technical degree: BAC+4 with 2 years experiences in wiring as laboratory Engineer

  • Good Knowledge of project milestones.

  • Team Management

  • Stress Management

  • Continuous improvement

  • Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written
