As a Marketing Head Vaccines, Oncology & Specialty Care , you will play a key role and will be a member of the GSK Pharma Morocco Leadership Team. The role reports directly into Morocco GM.
You will head up the Marketing portfolio for the selected division through developing and implementing marketing strategies for current and future products to drive the business objectives and drive the LOC growth through Vaccines, Oncology and Specialty Care franchises.
This role is to set the ambition, identify, drive strategic business opportunities and implement in market launches with a customer-focused, data-driven, competitive mindset. This includes strategic planning, developing plans addressing high unmet needs with HCP, patients and channels activation with a strong governance This role will lead the strategic new products and Vaccines introduction in Moroccan market with a team of 4 colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and manage the brand managers in the business unit to create a high-performance culture within the team to exceed the budgeted sales & profit targets
- Lead the business unit to formulate & implement marketing strategies, aligning local marketing strategy with overall global strategy
- Assess opportunities for new products and launch new products to maximize profitability.
- Ensure successful implementation of new cross-functional ways of working for marketing in the Local Operating Company (LOC)
- Conduct market research to uncover potential business opportunities in the market and ensure commercial viability
- Launch new products where appropriate to contribute to the LOC growth
- Ensure that all marketing activities adhere to promotion and marketing code to achieve performance with integrity
- Plan and direct annual operating budget to maximize both short and long-term profitability
- Responsible for financial planning and monthly forecasting into DRM cycle
- Responsible for Brands P&L in line with Global/Regional strategic objectives
- Ensure Sales Force Engagement in the portfolio, creating sales force’s understanding, knowledge, belief and motivation for brand strategy, drivers of growth and campaigns
- Responsible for the development/management of market penetration strategies for the pharmaceutical market.
- Cultivates the knowledge of key customers and competitors. Identifies brand growth opportunities.
- Interacts closely with sales force to make sure the understand and implement Product Marketing plan.
- Markets the organisation’s products.
- Designs, develops and implements communication programs to advertise the organisation’s products using media (TV, radio, print, direct mail, the Internet), events, and sales promotions. Develops and evaluates pricing strategies and structures.

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related discipline
- 10 or more years in pharmaceutical sales & marketing
- Experience with development of brand strategy
- Experience with financial budgeting and forecasting
- Experience in launch excellence
- Considerable knowledge of marketing in Oncology & Specialty Care
- Incisive analytical and strategic skills
- Strong communication (written and oral) skills
