Job-Specific Accountabilities


  • Plans and conducts visits to clients and business partners to promote assigned Hikma products, deliver key messages, and achieve monthly sales targets.





  • Maintains strong knowledge of Hikma’s product portfolio and relevant industry trends, in order to stay informed about innovations and support product positioning.





  • Follows up on the performance of Hikma products in the market through customer feedback and analysis of competitor activity to monitor market presence.





  • Monitors and evaluates market conditions and data to identify opportunities and strengthen Hikma’s competitive positioning.





  • Reviews sales performance and supports the development of sales and marketing strategies to meet objectives.





  • Prepares and delivers regular reports such as market surveys, competitor updates, business intelligence, and event feedback to help guide decision-making.





  • Ensures accurate and timely sales reporting and documentation to optimize coverage and visibility in the assigned territory.





  • Assists in onboarding new sales representatives by sharing knowledge of operational areas and client networks.





  • Compiles and analyzes sales data to support focus on key accounts and priority products on a monthly basis.





Minimum Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.





Minimum Experience


  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in a commercial role.
