We are looking for a Product Manager – GIT, RA, Derma  to join Hikma Morocco. This role is responsible for driving brand strategy, market execution, and portfolio growth for related products. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive the performance


• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and challenges.


• Design and execute promotional campaigns to enhance brand positioning and market share.


• Collaborate with sales teams to develop training programs and promotional tools that support commercial objectives.


• Work closely with medical and regulatory teams to ensure scientific accuracy and compliance in marketing materials.


• Analyze sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize brand strategy and resource allocation.


• Manage forecasting, pricing strategies, and product lifecycle planning to maximize portfolio potential.


• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and industry partners.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Business, or Marketing.


• Experience: 3+ years in pharmaceutical marketing, with a strong preference for Oncology and/or injectable products.


• Experience in GIT, Derma, RA is added value


• English language proficiency is add value
