Key Responsibilities:



Market & Business Development




  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities across Morocco 

  • Conduct in-depth market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and potential customers.

  • Develop and execute regional business strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.


Customer & Relationship Management




  • Build and maintain strong relationships with end-users, distributors, and partners across key industry segments.

  • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable chemical raw material solutions.

  • Manage key accounts, ensuring excellent service and long-term business partnerships.


Sales & Commercial Activities




  • Drive sales of industrial chemicals and solvents across B2B markets.

  • Prepare and negotiate commercial offers, contracts, and tenders in line with company objectives.

  • Monitor sales pipelines, forecast demand, and ensure consistent revenue growth.


Technical & Product Expertise




  • Apply technical knowledge of petrochemical raw materials and their end-user applications.

  • Provide product recommendations and application support to customers in industries such as coatings, inks, packaging, lubricants, detergents, and cosmetics.

  • Collaborate with technical and supply chain teams to ensure product suitability and compliance.


Operations, Logistics & Compliance




  • Coordinate shipments, logistics, and documentation in line with international trade regulations.

  • Ensure compliance with local laws, customs procedures, and environmental standards in Morocco 

  • Prepare periodic reports on market trends, competitor activities, and business performance.

Qualifications & Experience:




  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or related field.

    • MBA in Marketing or Master’s in International Business preferred.



  • Experience: Minimum 5–10 years in sales, marketing, or business development of chemical raw materials or solvents.

  • Proven track record in developing and managing industrial B2B markets across North Africa or similar regions.

  • Strong technical understanding of chemical applications in:

    • Paints, Coatings, and Inks

    • Flexible Packaging

    • Resins and Adhesives

    • Detergents and Soaps

    • Cosmetics and Perfumes

    • Oilfield Chemicals

    • Agrochemicals and Lubricants



Key Competencies:




  • Strong business acumen with excellent negotiation and communication skills.

  • In-depth knowledge of petrochemical trading, supply chain operations, and market dynamics.

  • Ability to work independently and manage regional operations remotely.

  • Customer-focused, results-oriented, and self-motivated professional.

  • Proficiency in English and French preferred; Arabic is an advantage.

  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively across the region.
