Contribuer à la coordination des opérations maritimes et portuaires ainsi qu’au suivi des dossiers clients pour garantir la qualité et la fluidité des services.

What will your functions be?En tant que Stagiaire Operations & CSD, vous participerez :
- À la coordination des opérations maritimes et portuaires.
- Au suivi des dossiers clients et à la gestion administrative des expéditions.
- À la communication avec les différents acteurs (clients, agents, partenaires) pour garantir le bon déroulement des opérations.
- À l’optimisation des processus pour améliorer la qualité de service et la satisfaction client.
What are we looking for?Profil recherché :
- Actuellement en bac+3/Bac+5, spécialisation en Transport, Logistique, Commerce International ou Supply Chain.
- connaissance de la réglementation du trasport internationnal
- Rigueur, sens de l’organisation et capacité à travailler en équipe.
- Niveau d’anglais professionnel souhaité.
