Lead Engineer

Adient Kenitra is seeking an experienced Lead Engineer to join our TRIM Engineering department.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Lead a team of engineers/technicians to develop products and processes to customer specifications.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards.
• Ensure full documentation and compliance with Adient standards.
• Mentor and develop team members.
• Maintain health, safety, and quality standards.

Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical background.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the automotive industry.
• Strong technical and software skills (including CAD).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities.
• English and local language proficiency.​
