Role Overview:
The Investor Sales Closer (Phone) is a senior-level sales role focused on managing inbound investor leads, building relationships, and closing capital commitments for the firm's funds and note programs. Reporting directly to the VP, this role collaborates with the CEO and marketing department to execute fundraising strategies and meet investment goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience
3+ years of experience closing high-ticket or investment-related deals by phone.
Strong understanding of investor psychology, objection handling, and trust-building techniques.
Experience in real estate investing, private placements, or capital raising is a plus.
Skills
Proficiency with CRM tools (Go High Level or similar).
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
High ethics, professionalism, and respect for investor capital.
Experience
Proven success in phone-based sales and closing investment deals.
Experience in real estate, financial services, or investment fund sectors is highly preferred.
Ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly to potential investors.
