Department Focus: 
The Cloud Operations team at Deliverect is comprised of highly skilled professionals who work behind the scenes to ensure seamless business operations. By leveraging data-driven insights, we optimize and innovate to enhance our business and pave the way for customer success. We are dedicated to refining business operations to elevate efficiency and effectiveness across all units, leading and adapting through organisational changes to minimise disruption. Collaborating closely with other departments, we synchronise strategies and operations with the company's overarching goals to deliver optimal results for our users.

The successful candidate will work closely with different teams to support and optimize internal processes, utilizing their project management and analytical skills to help drive efficiency and effectiveness across the business. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a keen interest in Revenue Operations, a desire to learn, and a willingness to take on diverse tasks and projects.
*This is a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 3 days in our Casablanca, Morocco office and 2 days from the comfort of your home.

What you will do:


  • Support various Commercial teams by helping to streamline and improve operational processes, workflows, and systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their operational needs and provide assistance or valuable insights to drive business goals.
  • Take ownership of day-to-day operational tasks, identifying areas for improvement and developing innovative solutions to enhance customer experience.
  • Help maintain data quality and ensure accuracy across CRM platforms and internal systems to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Assist in preparing materials and conducting training sessions to educate other departments on new processes or system updates.
  • Demonstrate strong time management and project management skills to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results within a fast-paced environment.

What you will bring:


  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Basic knowledge or a keen interest in CRM platforms, with a preference for Hubspot and/or Planhat.
  • A foundational understanding of business processes within Marketing, Sales, Finance, and post-Sales departments.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn, with a drive to initiate change and contribute to new ideas.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a focus on problem-solving and strategic thinking.
  • High level of communication skills to interact effectively with diverse internal stakeholders.
