Job :
Under the responsibility of the Management, you will be responsible for:
Develop, deploy, and manage the quality management system (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc., depending on the sector);
Integrate HSE requirements into the QMS
Lead the quality approach with teams and suppliers;
Implement quality performance indicators (KPI) and monitor their evolution;
Manage corrective and preventive actions (8D, 5M, etc.);
Ensure the conformity of internal processes to customer and regulatory requirements
Participate in internal and external audits;
Promote a transverse quality culture throughout the organization.
Required profile :
Engineering degree or Master's in Quality / Industrial Management / Engineering Sciences (or equivalent)
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the Automotive sector
Mastery of quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.) and quality tools (5S, FMEA, Statistical Process Control, etc.)
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Autonomy, rigor, and customer service focus
