Accounting Mission Manager (M/F) | Casablanca (Morocco)

Job :

  • Take charge of and supervise a client portfolio (SMEs, group subsidiaries, service companies, etc.)

  • In-depth accounting review and preparation of periodic and annual closings

  • Preparation, control, and validation of Moroccan tax returns (Corporate tax, Personal income tax, VAT, withholding taxes, periodic and annual returns)

  • Participation in the preparation of consolidated financial statements and explanatory notes

  • Supervision, support, and skill development of junior staff and profiles

  • Organization of the team's work, meeting deadlines, and adhering to the firm's quality standards

  • Direct relationship with clients: advice, case follow-up, responding to requests, and regulatory support

  • Continuous monitoring of Moroccan accounting, tax, and regulatory developments


Required profile :

  • Higher education degree from Bac+3 to Bac+5 in accounting, finance, or audit

  • Professional experience of more than 5 years in Moroccan accounting, necessarily acquired in a chartered accounting firm

  • Solid mastery of Moroccan tax and local accounting standards

  • Very good command of French, written and spoken (English is a plus)

  • Ability to manage multiple files in parallel with rigor and autonomy

  • Leadership, organizational skills, team spirit, and client focus
