As a Sales Account Manager, your objectives will be numerous and focused on performance and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for transforming each interaction into a development opportunity, by identifying the specific needs of your prospects and clients and offering them the most suitable solutions from our range of medical equipment. You will aim to achieve and exceed set sales targets, while building lasting relationships of trust. It will also be important to maintain active competitive monitoring and report strategic market information to refine our sales approaches and product offerings.




Your days will be structured by varied and responsible sales missions. You will be in charge of identifying and prospecting for new potential clients in the medical sector, whether they are healthcare facilities, clinics, or independent professionals. The autonomous management of your existing client portfolio will be a significant part of your activity, involving regular visits, product demonstrations, and order follow-up. Sales negotiation, the development of personalized proposals, and closing deals will be at the core of your success. You will also ensure post-sale technical and commercial follow-up, thus guaranteeing the satisfaction and loyalty of our clientele.






Required profile :

To be considered for this position, a higher education level is required. You hold a degree of **Bac +5 or higher**, ideally from a business school or a recognized university program. This education has provided you with solid knowledge in **sales**, **export**, or **marketing**, equipping you with the fundamental tools to excel in a commercial role.




Significant previous experience in sales is expected. We are looking for someone with **1 to 3 years** of experience in similar roles, ideally gained in the medical equipment, pharmaceutical, or a related technical sector. This period will have allowed you to develop your interpersonal skills, your negotiation skills, and your ability to understand the technical aspects of our products.





  • Excellent command of sales and negotiation techniques.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, to interact effectively with a diverse clientele.

  • A high capacity for analysis and synthesis to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.

  • High autonomy, rigor, and organization to manage a client portfolio and achieve your objectives.

  • Intellectual curiosity and a strong interest in the medical equipment sector.

  • Proficiency in common computer tools (Office Suite) and ideally a CRM tool.

  • Sensitivity to the healthcare and medical equipment field.

  • A driver's license is essential for your professional travel.
