This position is essential for overseeing all financial activities, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial reports, and effectively managing treasury and credit risk.





Key Responsibilities:





  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models. Provide strategic analysis and recommendations to senior management.

  • Reporting & Compliance: Prepare and review financial statements, coordinate external audits, and ensure compliance with tax and legal regulations. Maintain robust internal controls.

  • Treasury & Cash Flow: Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure operational liquidity. Oversee banking relationships and foreign exchange operations.

  • Credit Management: Manage the entire accounts receivable cycle. Assess customer credit risk, define credit limits, manage collections, and produce key performance reports (DSO, bad debt ratios).


Required profile :

  • Sector Experience (MANDATORY): Significant and proven experience in the Automotive distribution sector is required.

  • Education: University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is a plus.

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in a Finance & Accounting role, with at least 5 years in a Management role.

  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and MS Excel. Strong skills in financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling.

  • Languages: Excellent command of French, English, and Arabic.
