Job :
- Sort and file all human resources department documents.
- Ensure the drafting of certificates, warnings, or correspondence based on instructions from the N+1 (direct supervisor).
- Ensure the monitoring, updating, and correction of errors in the Kronos file.
- Ensure the monitoring of staff enrollment with the National Social Security Fund (CNSS).
- Ensure the updating of the leave file and follow up with individuals who have a very significant balance via their N+1 (direct supervisors).
- Ensure the follow-up of staff illness reimbursement files with the insurance company.
- Prepare staff visa files for international missions.
- Ensure effective communication of various types of information circulating within the company by choosing the appropriate communication method (memos, etc.).
- Report differences and discrepancies found between Kronos and payroll.
- Adhere to the company culture and ensure continuous improvement at all levels.
- Ensure regular monitoring and weekly analysis of absenteeism and alert projects that are off-target.
- Ensure regular follow-up with nurses regarding medical visits, including hiring, periodic, or annual check-ups.
- Ensure weekly monitoring of the administrative documents file.
- Comply with the group's policy and procedures regarding security.
