We are recruiting our Administrative & Financial Director (DAF), a true leader responsible for creating, structuring, and managing all of the company's financial, accounting, and administrative activities.
The DAF will have the opportunity to implement tailor-made tools and processes, with full autonomy, to effectively support the company's growth.
We are looking for a flexible, proactive, and enterprising leader, capable of taking initiative and showing creativity to support the company's development.
In addition to the classic responsibilities of a DAF (budget management, financial statements, reporting, treasury, legal and tax compliance), he/she will play a key role in the development and analysis of Business Plans (BP) and in national and international mergers and acquisitions (M&A) operations.
This unique opportunity will allow the DAF to participate in high-impact projects and contribute to our company's long-term vision.
Required profile :
Degree: Master's degree (Bac+5) in finance or accounting, from a top business school/engineering school or equivalent (Accounting expertise desirable)
Experience: over 10 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an industrial SME in Morocco with an international outlook.
Languages: Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
IT Skills: Good command of financial and accounting management software and office tools.
