As part of the development of our temporary staffing business and to support the growth of our client portfolio, we are looking for a dynamic, responsive, and results-oriented Field Sales Representative, capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Your main tasks:
- Develop and maintain client relationships (prospecting and follow-up)
- Identify client needs and propose suitable temporary staffing solutions
- Negotiate commercial terms and manage contract follow-up
- Work closely with recruitment and operations teams
- Provide regular reporting on sales activities
Required profile :
Profile sought:
Master's degree (Business, Management, or equivalent)
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience, ideally in temporary staffing, B2B, or services
Strong sales drive and a winning attitude
Excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation abilities
Autonomy, responsiveness, and prioritization skills
Ability to manage pressure and meet objectives
