The main goal of this position is to ensure the impeccable cleanliness, order, and appearance of the rooms and common areas. It is about creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for every guest, anticipating their needs and ensuring that every detail contributes to the most pleasant stay experience. You will be a key ambassador of our service quality, directly participating in the satisfaction and loyalty of our guests. Maintaining an irreproachable presentation of the premises is paramount to reflect the high-end image of our establishment.




Your days will be marked by a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring the highest level of comfort and cleanliness for our guests. This includes the meticulous preparation of rooms before guests arrive, changing sheets and towels, careful dusting of all surfaces, cleaning bathrooms according to strict hygiene standards, and checking that equipment is working correctly. You will also be required to restock complimentary items and report any issues or maintenance needs. Maintaining common areas and adhering to internal safety and hygiene procedures are also an integral part of your responsibilities. Particular attention will be paid to the overall presentation of the rooms, ensuring that each space is welcoming and meets the establishment's standards.




Required profile :

For this role, we prefer candidates who have obtained a qualification before the baccalaureate (high school diploma). Training in Hospitality/Restoration, and specifically in accommodation-related trades, would be a considerable asset. This educational background will have provided you with the fundamental knowledge needed to understand the importance of cleanliness and service in a high-standard establishment.




Professional experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar role is desired. This period will have allowed you to develop a deep understanding of customer expectations and the requirements of the hotel industry. You will have acquired the professional skills and responsiveness needed to excel in your daily tasks and to quickly integrate into our team.
