Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensure intra-LSG (Group Logistics and Security) coordination and manage interfaces between LSG and different central entities, acting as a single point of contact.
- Monitor the execution capacity of LSG activities and ensure their operational performance.
- Oversee LSG committee activities, particularly regarding GDPR and Ethics, ensure the closure of CIG/AGG recommendations, and monitor operational risks and associated control measures.
- Collect, organize, and analyze data necessary for steering and evaluating activities.
- Prepare and present regular activity reports, including performance indicators, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Guarantee the quality of reporting and adherence to internal commitments (SLAs, compliance, deadlines).
