Main responsibilities:




• Manage the entire employee lifecycle: onboarding, trial period, and offboarding.
• Support the recruitment process: posting job offers, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.
• Ensure HR data is up-to-date and reliable, and manage employee files.
• Coordinate training and development actions, and HR reporting.
• Support payroll preparation, track attendance, manage leave, and administer benefits.
• Contribute to managing employee relations and internal communication.
• Organize employee engagement activities and internal events.
• Ensure HR compliance, prepare for audits, and enforce internal policies.
 





Required profile :

Profile sought:




• Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+3 / Bac+5) in Human Resources, Management, or Administration.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a generalist or administrative HR role in Morocco.
• Good knowledge of Moroccan Labor Law and local HR practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools; experience with an HRIS (Sage, Odoo, SAP...) is a plus.
• Organized, discreet, and good interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in French and English; Arabic is an advantage.
