Strategic Support for Managers
- Advise medical and administrative team leaders on personnel management and HR issues.
- Participate in strategic decisions related to team organization.
Talent Management
- Identify recruitment needs for key positions (doctors, medical staff, administrative staff).
- Support staff training and skill development to ensure service quality.
Performance and Engagement
- Monitor and analyze HR indicators: turnover, employee satisfaction, performance.
- Propose actions to improve team engagement and motivation.
Culture and Compliance
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements in the medical sector.
- Promote company culture and good management practices.
Strategic HR Projects
- Participate in organizational transformation projects, HR process digitalization, or employee experience improvement.
Required profile :
We are looking for a committed and strategic HR Business Partner, capable of supporting managers and actively contributing to the performance and talent development within the company.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Solid HR experience, particularly in talent management, organizational development, and team performance.
- Strategic and analytical thinking skills, able to transform HR data into concrete recommendations for management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence and support managers and employees.
- Ability to manage complex and sensitive situations with diplomacy and professionalism.
- Results-oriented and committed, with a desire to actively contribute to the company's overall performance.
- Autonomy and proactivity, capable of managing strategic HR projects from start to finish.
Education and Experience:
- Higher education degree in Human Resources, Management, Occupational Psychology, or equivalent.
- Successful experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role within structured organizations.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and labor law.
