Sales and Business Development





  • Manage sales to active clients by maximizing their potential.

  • Reactivate inactive clients through targeted actions.

  • Identify and prospect new business clients.

  • Present products and services, highlighting their specific benefits.

  • Carry out sales follow-up actions and track prospects until conversion.





Consulting and Negotiation





  • Analyze client needs and propose suitable solutions.

  • Argue effectively to persuade clients to place orders.

  • Conduct negotiations while respecting profit margins.

  • Identify clients with higher purchasing potential for priority follow-up.





Customer Loyalty





  • Maintain a quality business relationship with existing clients.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by handling objections and complaints.

  • Promote personalized offers to encourage repeat purchases.





Administrative Management and Reporting





  • Enter information and orders into the CRM.

  • Ensure rigorous follow-up of orders and their status.

  • Report information regarding client needs and expectations.
     




Required profile :

  • 2-3 year degree in sales, management, or customer relations

  • Proven experience in telesales or a similar B2B role.

  • Mastery of sales and negotiation techniques.

  • Familiarity with computer tools, especially CRM and Excel.

  • Interest in the automotive sector and its products is a plus.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Impeccable and persuasive diction.

  • Active listening, perseverance, and persuasion skills.

  • Organization and effective time management.

  • Team spirit and motivation to achieve goals.
