Consulting and Negotiation
- Analyze client needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Argue effectively to persuade clients to place orders.

- Identify clients with higher purchasing potential for priority follow-up.
Customer Loyalty
- Maintain a quality business relationship with existing clients.

Administrative Management and Reporting
- Enter information and orders into the CRM.
- Ensure rigorous follow-up of orders and their status.

Required profile :
- 2-3 year degree in sales, management, or customer relations
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar B2B role.
- Mastery of sales and negotiation techniques.
- Familiarity with computer tools, especially CRM and Excel.
- Interest in the automotive sector and its products is a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
