Job :

  • Manage and apply local human resources policies, including procedures and programs relevant to support and staff functions.

  • Ensure the monitoring and implementation of employee benefits for all staff.

  • Provide support to employees on various HR-related matters such as leave and compensation, and resolve any issues that may arise.

  • Be available and attentive to the needs of all employees.

  • Supervise the use of the time-tracking tool.

  • Attend meetings with employee representatives and ensure the implementation of resulting action plans.

  • Manage compensation and benefits plans.

  • Improve job satisfaction by promptly resolving issues, implementing new benefits and bonuses, and organizing team-building activities.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws.

  • Coordinate the execution of people-related requests from other departments.

  • Ensure the updating and monitoring of monthly reports and quarterly reviews.

  • Handle interactions with the labor inspectorate regarding the resolution of labor conflicts.

  • Develop, update and present the HR function dashboard to the executive when needed

  • Ensure HR processes comply with relevant standards and frameworks such as Moroccan labor law

  • Comply with group policies and procedures regarding safety and respect of internal rules
