Job :

  • Supervise and coordinate all agency activities and be responsible for achieving the agency's goals and your team's individual goals.

  • Implement and manage your agency's commercial strategy;

  • Monitor your agency's key performance indicators and develop action plans to achieve set objectives;

  • Ensure the development of credit activities as well as financial inclusion products and services, according to the established objectives;

  • Guarantee quality customer service, and promote a customer-centric culture within the agency;

  • Ensure good administrative management of the agency and the security of the premises;

  • Plan work schedules, train staff, and evaluate individual performance;

  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and policies at the agencies under your responsibility;

  • Identify and report potential operational risks to the Branch Group Manager.
