We are recruiting for our client, an industrial company operating in the medical and paramedical sector, specializing in the manufacturing and packaging of high-quality products. As part of strengthening its technical department, we are recruiting a Maintenance Engineer.

Main missions

• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and production lines.


• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and automated breakdowns.


• Supervise the installation, commissioning, and qualification of new equipment.


• Ensure compliance with quality standards: GMP / GDP / hygiene & safety.


• Implement and monitor a strict maintenance schedule.


• Prepare and update technical documentation (reports, machine files, procedures).


• Propose continuous improvements to optimize productivity and reduce machine downtime.


• Support and train production teams on first-level maintenance.

• Engineer in industrial maintenance, electromechanics, mechanical engineering, automation, or equivalent.


• Proven experience in the pharmaceutical, medical, cosmetic, or food industry.


• Proficiency in automated systems, technical equipment, and utilities (HVAC, steam, compressed air, etc.).


• Knowledge of quality standards: GMP / GDP.


• Organizational skills, reactivity, rigor, and good analytical skills.
