Job :
The intern will act as a key user for the implementation and/or improvement of the company's APS. His/her main tasks will be:
* Support for APS deployment
- Participate in design and configuration workshops.
- Contribute to writing and updating user documentation (procedures, guides).
- Perform functional tests and document the results.
* User support
- Assist operational teams in the daily use of the APS.
- Collect and analyze needs and difficulties encountered.
- Report anomalies or areas for improvement to the project/IT teams.
Required profile :
• Education: Student with a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) from an engineering school or university, specializing in supply chain, information systems, or industrial management.
• Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of supply chain and production management processes (planning, inventory management, procurement).
- Proficiency with computer tools (advanced Excel, ERP/APS appreciated).
- Analytical mindset and rigor in data handling.
* Personal Qualities:
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with different departments.
- Autonomy, curiosity, and proactivity.
- Good written and oral communication skills (French and English depending on the context).
Duration & Conditions
• 6-month internship.
• Location: Agadir.
