Job :
As part of the development of our temporary work activity and facing a large volume of recruitments to manage, we are looking for a dynamic, responsive, and organized Recruitment Officer, capable of working in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
Your main tasks:
- Manage high-volume recruitments (sourcing, interviews, selection, candidate follow-up)
- Quickly respond to clients' operational needs
- Build and manage a pool of active candidates
- Ensure administrative follow-up related to temporary work recruitments
- Work in close collaboration with sales and operational teams
Required profile :
Master's degree (HR, work psychology, management, or equivalent)
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience, ideally in temporary work or high-volume recruitment
Very good organizational and prioritization skills
Sense of urgency, responsiveness, and field experience
Good interpersonal skills and ability to handle pressure
