Job :
In collaboration with the Deals Tax team of PwC Lawyers in Paris, your missions will be:
- To handle tax declaration work and preparation for advice
- To ensure the quality of deliverables
- To comply with conformity procedures
More specifically:
- Gather information or draft documents necessary for obtaining missions (assistance in drafting and organizing commercial proposals)
- Gather information, prepare or draft documents related to the launch of missions (contacting PwC's foreign offices; preparing contact lists; preparing lists of documents necessary for transactional work, etc.)
- Prepare documents related to the execution of transactional missions (preparation of financial tables presenting the accounting and tax results of target companies; preparation of legal charts according to the firm's model; identification of legal and financial information in accounting, legal, and tax documents and preparation of summary tables, etc.).
Required profile :
With a Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school or equivalent, you have at least 2 years of professional experience in French taxation, with a good command of VAT-related issues.
