Role and responsibilities:
• Publishing articles (BLOG): Updating Press Releases; Updating news; Event planning
• Website and intranet dashboard: WEB site traffic KPI’s; Google Ad Words.
• Newsletter (internal): Publishing articles on Intranet; Creating in Sarbacane (NL + preparation for SMS distribution)
• Video editing: Editing videos max 1min for social networks / internal use
• Infographics: Creating infographics and internal posters
• Press: Creating Press Dashboard
• Photo library: Organizing photos/videos; captioning photos; identifying image rights; updating reports as they happen
• Com & Event purchase request: Managing Purchase Requests for the communication and event team
Required profile :
Profile sought:
- Engineer or technician profile, or even someone passionate about the IT field "INTRANET/WEB DEV/VIDEO EDITING……"
- Skills: Microsoft 365 (Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint…); Sarbacane, Web Creation; Google Analytics; Graphic design (Canva..), Video Editing (Capcut, Premiere Pro),
- Good level of French (written and spoken)
- Good level of English (written and spoken)
