MISSION:
Mission context:
As deployment processes constantly evolve and with the aim of generalizing the use of Camunda in production lines and our practices, the mission's objective is to support the implementation of new process modeling, monitor existing processes in Camunda in production, and develop new needs while improving and optimizing already operational processes.
ACTIVITIES:
• Analyze business processes identified by BUILD DCI with the help of business units to gain in-depth knowledge.
• Model these processes in the BPMN tool (Camunda) and automate what can be automated using APIs, scripts, and queries.
• Perform the necessary configuration to make processes executable.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the proper functioning of the process.
• Organize demos and presentations with all stakeholders.
• Monitor the smooth running of processes and implement potential improvements.
• Be able to provide fixes for anomalies that occur in production and redeploy new versions.
We expect the person to take a step back from the activity and propose areas for continuous improvement.
Required profile :
Holder of a Bac +5 (Master's degree) in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or an equivalent field. You have solid technical expertise, combined with a good understanding of business and organizational challenges, as well as excellent behavioral qualities.
Technical skills
Primary technical skills
- Business process modeling (BPMN): very good mastery (level 4), with the ability to formalize and optimize complex processes.
- JSON language: confirmed expertise (level 5), particularly for data exchange and application interfaces.
- Python Development: excellent mastery (level 5), including application development, automation, and data processing.
- Camunda tool: operational knowledge (level 3) for orchestrating and automating business processes.
Secondary technical skills:
- Office and data visualization tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc.)
- Querying tools (Elixir, Business Objects)
Behavioral skills (soft skills)
- Very good communication skills
