Responsibilities:
Operational Controlling Duties
- Helping the Head of Product and the GCIO controlling manager with the financial management of the department.
- Creating the financial plan together with the Business Teams.
- Providing smooth support for daily tasks.
- Making sure the financial plan is carried out (Analyzing differences between actual costs and planned costs)
- Finding possible financial risks and chances for the business.
- NFTE Budget, Forecast, and pre-closing steps.
- Checking Expense Commitments
- Completing the entire Closing process.
- Doing central checks to ensure financial information is correct and trustworthy.
- Tracking expenses
- Updating internal flows.
- Managing APCO creation in Anaplan according to the Division's structure and costing rules
- Preparing Monthly & Quarterly reports and documents
