Workplace: Marjane Mall Platform – MOHAMMEDIA
Contract Type: Temporary (with possibility of renewal)
Hours: Office hours, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Salary: 4000 DH net + performance bonuses
Benefits: CNSS + Private Mutual Insurance
Main tasks:
Provide commercial support to the "Mid & Long Tail" sellers on the Marjane Mall platform.
Assist sellers in putting their products online (photos, descriptions, prices, stock levels).
Track customer orders, returns, and complaints in coordination with internal teams.
Train and assist sellers in properly using the platform and management tools.
Monitor performance indicators and contribute to improving sales and customer satisfaction.
Required profile :
Profile sought:
Education: Bac+2 / Bac+3 in commerce, marketing, management, or equivalent.
First experience desired in e-commerce, customer support, or sales.
Good command of computer tools (Excel, online platforms).
