Position: F&B Supervisor
Location: UM6P Laayoune
The Food & Beverage (F&B) Supervisor's main role is to ensure that catering services are carried out on the ground according to UM6P's requirements and to act as the link between catering service reservations and the execution of these services on the ground by the catering provider, in accordance with the reservation.
Missions & Responsibilities:
Act as the on-site contact for the execution and monitoring of catering activities
- Handle catering requests and liaise with the provider
- Coordinate all aspects of daily catering requests with the catering provider
- Coordinate and ensure the smooth running of catering for events, conferences, or VIP banquets.
- Plan catering demand forecasts and share them with the relevant departments
- Prepare a daily activity report.
Control the quality of services
- Ensure the quality of the service provided and the quality of service
- Check compliance (prices on quote, quality, quantity, etc.)
- Supervise the service delivery and act quickly to resolve problems and correct any issues.
- Ensure qualitative follow-up of services for VIPs
- Participate in menu committees (to provide suggestions, request modifications, and improve meal service).
- Ensure the satisfaction and expectations of students and staff.
- Handle catering complaints and follow up on adjustments
- Ensure compliance with hygiene standards in F&B outlets on campus in collaboration with the Health Center.
