Job :
Attached to the Human Resources Department, your main tasks will be:
- To ensure the physical and digital archiving of staff administrative files in accordance with internal procedures;
- To classify and organize HR documents (contracts, amendments, etc.) to ensure accessibility and traceability;
- To regularly update staff files.
Required profile :
- Student in Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in economics and management or organization management;
- Good command of Excel, analytical skills, rigor, and autonomy;
- Good interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- Sense of organization.
