We are recruiting, on behalf of one of our clients; a leading company in seed production based in Agadir, an English-speaking Human Resources Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment process: define needs, post job ads, conduct interviews, and select candidates.
- Ensure the onboarding of new employees and support their trial period.
- Administer personnel files: contracts, CNSS/retirement declarations, social benefits tracking, absences, and leaves.
- Ensure compliance with the Labor Code and internal policies and procedures.
- Participate in performance management and follow-up of annual evaluations.
- Identify training needs, propose development actions, and coordinate their implementation.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and the implementation of cross-functional HR projects.
Required profile :
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or higher in Human Resources, management, administration, or a similar field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR generalist.
- Proficiency in office tools and good knowledge of HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
- Very good knowledge of the Moroccan Labor Code.
- Organizational skills, discretion, good interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently.
