Job :
To strengthen its Commercial Department, Bank Assafa is recruiting for the position of Account Manager in Marrakech. The missions will be:
- To welcome customers and manage daily operations.
- To process counter transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, foreign currency exchange, etc.).
- To perform opening and closing procedures for the day.
- To manage the client portfolio at the counter and sell the bank's products.
- To perform opening and closing procedures for the day.
- To guide customers to the appropriate service based on their needs and contribute to achieving the agency's objectives.
Required profile :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a university, business school, or other (3 years of higher education);
- Fluent in French, both spoken and written;
- Good listening and analytical skills;
- Good knowledge of banking products and services, especially participatory products.
- Good communication skills;
- Ability to adapt and learn;
- Time management and organizational skills;
- Ability to manage stress.
