Main responsibilities:



  • Supervising the reception of equipment within the company: assigning technicians, preparing and tracking reception files.
  • Scheduling and monitoring deliveries and installation work.
  • Establishing orders related to After-Sales Service (spare parts, installation accessories, merchandise returns...).
  • Handling customer complaints.
  • Preparing repair quotes for equipment.
  • Monitoring the work of technicians in the field (service reports).
  • Managing maintenance contracts.
  • Establishing and optimizing technician intervention schedules.
  • Developing & Tracking the status of cases.

Required profile :

Profile:



· Higher education in science: Bachelor's degree (Bac+3), with a specialization in science or engineering (biomedical or similar). 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role would be a plus.



· Your ability to work in a team and your analytical skills will be appreciated assets.
