Missions:




Manage relations with the media (print, audiovisual, and electronic press) in line with the company's strategic directions and values;


Develop the company's image and its presence in the media, through adapted and regular communication, while highlighting its businesses, achievements, services, and teams;


Participate in the implementation of the company's external communication strategy.


Activities:




Media monitoring:


Ensure media monitoring and produce a daily press review;


Analyze the content of media coverage on SRM-CS to anticipate media requests and "buzzes" or to adjust the communication strategy;


Produce the media barometer.


 




Press communication strategy:


Participate in the implementation of the company's external communication strategy;


Identify key messages to disseminate and identify suitable media outlets.


 




Media relations management:


Handle requests for information or interviews from journalists (print, audiovisual


and electronic press) and prepare appropriate responses;


Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with journalists, editors-in-chief


and heads of newsrooms, based on closeness and transparency;


Build and update a database of press contacts (local, regional, and national).


 




Content production and dissemination:


Write press releases, press kits, and interviews and ensure their dissemination;


Initiate articles or reports highlighting SRM-CS's businesses/activities, services,


projects/works, and achievements to the media;


Translate, from French to Arabic, any content intended for external communication, particularly to the media (documents, presentations, publications, announcements, press releases, talking points, etc.);


Organize press conferences and any other media event (technical site visits, media seminars...);


Ensure media coverage of SRM-CS events and news;


Participate in crisis communication.






Required profile :

Academic background:




Higher education degree (BAC +5) from a business school or university in communication, journalism, or public relations.
