Your mission as a B2B Telesales Advisor




As a B2B Telesales Advisor in telecommunications, you will be responsible for:




Prospecting: Identify and contact SMEs and large accounts, overcoming obstacles to reach decision-makers with a clear, effective, and dynamic approach.
Needs Identification and Creation: Analyze prospects' current setups to propose suitable solutions, being patient and attentive.
Product and Service Promotion: Present our offers with enthusiasm and professionalism to enhance the employer brand.
Negotiation and Loyalty: Turn every contact into a sale, build lasting relationships, and develop a strong client portfolio.
Team Performance: Actively contribute to process optimization and share your ideas to improve team performance.
