As a Management Controller, you will report to the Management Control Manager and the Production Manager. You will directly contribute to the optimization of our processes and strategic decision-making. This mission will allow you to fully utilize your management and finance skills in a collaborative and motivating work environment.




Your main objectives will be to ensure the reliability of production data, control costs, and improve company performance. You will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying discrepancies, and proposing concrete solutions to optimize processes. You will also be required to develop regular reports and present your analyses to the various stakeholders of the company. Achieving these objectives will depend on your analytical skills, rigor, and proactivity.




As part of your duties, you will be involved in the following tasks for the Purchasing, Procurement & Stores Department:





  • Calculation and analysis of actual production costs

  • Estimation of forecast budget costs and forecasts

  • Analysis of margin per product and per category on the P&L

  • Simulation of costs of goods sold and selling prices for new products

  • Development and calculation of ROI for investments

  • Monitoring of productivity (Current Year vs. Budget vs. Previous Year)

  • Development of bridges/cost of sales

  • Development of bridges/overheads

  • Analysis of turnover (volume effect, price effect, and FX effect)

  • Inventory audit and valuation

  • Participation in the monthly accounting closing (intercompany operations, allocation

  • of indirect costs, payroll verification, communication of

  • inventories to be accounted for, preparation of accounting mapping files)


Required profile :

To succeed in this role, it is essential to have a Master's degree (Bac +5) in Management / Accounting / Finance. Additional training in management control would be a definite asset. Your academic background will demonstrate your intellectual rigor and analytical skills.




Significant experience of a minimum of 5 to 7 years in a similar position is required. You have demonstrated your ability to manage complex projects, work in a team, and effectively communicate your analyses. Your experience in the agri-food sector would be a significant asset, but profiles from other sectors with strong expertise in management control will also be considered.
