The technical support customer representative's main job is to receive and process remotely the requests from users who are having trouble using computer equipment. Reporting to the team leader, their mission is to:



  • Solve technical and operational problems by handling questions and providing technical solutions within quality and time constraints.

Before starting the job, full training is provided to prepare them for the responsibilities they will be given.
